How to manage it with a lifestyle change?
Switch to a healthy and balanced diet. Emphasis on home made food should be given , cutting down on processed and ready to eat food
Eat every 3 hours
Increase healthy fats intake like dry fruits, flaxseeds , sunflower seeds etc
Do any kind of physical activity, be it walking, jogging , dancing , yoga etc
