With this lockdown period, most of us are trying to make some really nice recipes at home. We are try & search for some new, interesting and healthier recipes to cook at home.
While I always advice easy home made food to my clients which always aids weight loss, I keep curating some out of the box healthy recipes and today I have got you one recipe which isn't just easy to cook but quite healthy as well.
This recipe's credit goes to Disha Budhiraja, who has been my client for over 12 months now. Not only she has shown some great results, she is full of confidence and is highly motivated towards healthy eating and healthy living.

BEETROOT RICE / चुकंदर वेजिटेबल पुलाव
The Beetroot Rice / Beetroot Pulav / चुकंदर पुलाव - is a widely cooked recipe in South India. This also is a very nutrition rich food to be given to babies as this packs a whole lot of nutritions in it self.
Ingredients:
1 Beetroot Boiled and Grated
1 Cup Boiled Rice
Handful of Sweetcorn, Beans, Capcicum
1 Spoon of Onion & Tomato Paste
Salt to Taste
Pav bhaji Masala
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Kasuri Methi
Recipe:
Take a Kadai / Deep Dish
Pour 2 spn of Ghee / Cooking Oil
Add the Veggies and Saute them for 3-4 minutes
Add Onion Tomato Paste
Add Salt, Pav Bhaji Masala, Red Chili, Kasuri Methi - As Per Taste
Add Rice and Mix Well
Serve it hot
