Soy is know to be a high-quality protein. It is one of the few known plant foods to contain all the essential amino acids, like those found in meat. The soybean is: high in fibre and this Soya (Nutrela) is very healthy option for Vegetarians as a meal or as a snacking option.
Here is the recipe for tasty healthy Soya Vegetarian Kebabs:
Ingredients
2 cups soya granules
Water to soak soya granules for 1/2 hr at least, then wash and drain
1 Tbsp salt or to taste
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 tsp Hari mirch chopped fine or to taste
1 tsp chilli powder or to taste
Chopped coriander
Chana dal - soaked for 20 mins
Oil for pan-frying

Soak the soya granules in warm water for 1/2 hour & drain.
Blend soya granules , and soaked Chana dal well to make a smooth doughy paste
Add besan, salt, garlic paste, onions & all spices & lemon juice.
Add chopped coriander.
Mix it nicely or blend it again & shape into flat round balls
Heat griddle & put oil & shallow fry the kababs in to golden brown on both sides.
Serve it with Mint Chutney :)
