While I was growing up, I learnt about the health benefits of this Sattu drink which my mother used to make me drink during summer season in Delhi.

How to Make Sattu Shake at Home (Recipe)

  1. Take 2 tablespoons roasted Chana ( powdered without skin ) Or Sattu Powder

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of curd

  3. Add Water

  4. Bhuna jeera to taste

  5. Fresh Mint leaves (4-5 Leaves)

  6. Black Salt and Black Pepper Powder (as per taste)
