Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa Recipe by Rashi Mahajan

Grilled Salmon Fish with Avocado Salsa


  1. Salmonella Fish Fillet Raw

  2. Olive Oil 2tbsp

  3. Garlic - 5 Cloves

  4. Chopped Parsley (Optional)

  5. Salt n Pepper

  6. Onion Big Chops

  7. Lemon Juice


Take Olive oil 2 tablespoon, grind garlic 5 cloves and add, chopped parley (if you have), salt and pepper. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins


  1. After 30 mins, heat the non stick pan (or a griller if you have) and cook the salmon from both the sides until it is light brown

  2. Take one avocado and cut it into small pieces in a bowl, add half chopped onions cut into small sizes, squeeze lemon juice, salt and pepper

  3. Put grilled salmon on the plate along with Avocado preparation
