Pick up a glass jar / big glass
Add handful of Oats in it
Add Milk in the Jar, Fill it to the level of Oats
Add your favorite Seeds like Chia, Flaxseeds, Sweet Basil Seeds. (Shop on Amazon Pantry)
Put the Lid on the Jar or Cover it the glass
Refrigerate it overnight
Add Sugar / Jaggery Powder (Optional)
Add Crushed Dry Fruits For that Crunch (Almonds / Cashew / Walnuts)
Add Chopped / Sliced Seasonal Fruits like Mango, Pear, Kiwi, Pineapple, Fresh Berries etc
