You can eat all the kale in the world, but if you are sleeping 5 hours a night, you will not lose weight efficiently. Lack of sleep spikes your cortisol (stress hormone) and ghrelin (hunger hormone), making you crave sugar and carbs the next day.


The Fix: Make "7 hours of sleep" your primary resolution. It is the cheapest and most effective fat-burner available.
