One Month of Diet Consultation would include customised diet plans for 30 days.
Week 1 would be 3 days - 3 Days - 1 Day Diet plan to see what works and what doesn't.
Post Week1, Week 2 onwards, you'd be offered Weekly Diets, along with full time support on Whatsapp / Over the call for any feedback or changes or sudden change you need to make.
Similarly, Week3-Week4 would be followed with 7 days diet plan each with weekly consultation calls.
Average Targeted Weight Loss is around 4-5 kgs in 30 days.
